Republicans Abroad Voting League, (RAVL) is a Section 501 (c) 4 organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. RAVL is a non profit corporation, established for the purpose of promoting social welfare by educating Americans living abroad with respect to federal elections and voting, and in so doing, encouraging individuals to actively participate in the eectoral processes of their home jurisdictions. This site will serve to communicate information pertaining to voter registration, the federal election process, and absentee voting accessible to Americans overseas. RAVL is non partisan and does not support or oppose any candidate or group of candidates for public office. This site is not intended for any commercial purposes. Through access to and use of this site, users accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set forth below:

1. Users may browse this site and download material therefrom, but all contents of this site are copyrighted and any and all downloaded materials may be used solely for personal, non-commercial use and may not be distributed, modified, transmitted, reused, reposted or used for public or commercial purposes, without the express prior written permission of RAVL . RAVL further reserves the right to alter or delete any material from this site at any time in its sole discretion.

2. Images of people or places displayed in this site are RAVL's property. Any use of these images that is not expressly preauthorized by RAVL is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of any of these images may violate copyright, trademark, privacy and/or publicity laws as well as communications regulations and statutes.

The use of this site or any of its contents is strictly at the user's own risk, and neither RAVL , its members nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of access to or use of this site, including without limitation any software or computer damage hypothetically suffered by any user due to viruses or any other causes. RAVL may not have reviewed sites that may be linked to this site, and any use of such links is at the user's own risk.

7. Any posting or transmittal of any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, pornographic or profane information or material, or any information or material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, is strictly prohibited and could give rise to civil liability or would otherwise violate the law. RAVL shall fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing RAVL to disclose the identity of anyone posting or transmitting any such information or materials.
