Republicans Abroad Voting League, (RAVL) is a Section (501 (c) 4) organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. RAVL was established for the purpose of promoting social welfare by educating Americans living abroad with respect to federal elections and voting, and in so doing, encouraging individuals to actively participate in the elctoral processes of their home jurisdictions.
